Clustering Methodology
[1] Each submission is embedded with Voyage AI voyage-4-large (1024 dims) and assigned to the closest existing cluster when cosine similarity ≥ 0.85, otherwise it seeds a new umbrella. Names and summaries are AI-generated once an umbrella reaches a stable size.
Submission Policy
[2] New Bottlenecks require a one-time submission fee, which funds editorial review and offsets adversarial spam. Posting a bid commits a monthly price that's only charged if you later approve a proposed solution.
